Web3Crystals NFTOfficial Ownership Certificate

The Web3Crystals NFT is the official on-chain certificate of authenticity tied to a physical crystal purchased from Web3Crystals.io. It is the only authorized NFT series by Web3Crystals.io—any other tokens claiming affiliation should be treated as fraudulent.

Collection & Distribution

  • Collection: Web3Crystals.io – GENESIS COLLECTION (W3CGEN) — ERC-721 on Polygon PoS.
  • Max supply: 10,000 NFTs (single Genesis edition).
  • Included with Large Crystal: each Large crystal purchase comes with free Genesis NFT(s).
  • Grid orders multiply NFTs: if a grid is selected, we deliver consecutive token IDs (e.g., 4×4 → 16 NFTs).
  • Sequential assignment: NFTs are issued in the exact purchase order.

Delivery & Network

  • Network: Polygon PoS (mainnet).
  • Wallet required: during checkout, provide your Polygon wallet address to receive the NFT(s).
  • If no wallet is supplied at checkout, delivery of assigned NFT is paused until you share one with us.

Utility: Locking & Airdrops

  • You can lock your Genesis NFT to qualify for community airdrops that are randomly raffled.
  • Eligibility rule: the NFT must be locked ≥ 30 days before the announced snapshot/raffle date.
  • Unlocking is allowed anytime, but it resets the 30-day timer for future airdrops.
  • One entry per locked NFT. Snapshot/raffle windows are announced in advance via official channels.

Locking rules, schedules, and eligibility can evolve. Official details will always be announced by Web3Crystals.io.

Loss & Replacement Policy

  • Lost access while locked: after ownership verification, we can reissue the NFT to a new wallet. The previous token is invalidated (ineligible for utilities/airdrops).
  • Lost access while not locked: we can issue a replacement for a $10 handling fee and invalidate the prior token.
  • Requirements: purchase proof (order ID/email) and a signed message from the new wallet. We cannot recover the old wallet.

Authenticity & Links

Secondary Sales & Royalties

  • You may freely sell or transfer your NFTs on secondary markets (e.g., OpenSea and other Polygon-compatible marketplaces).
  • This collection implements ERC-2981 (10% royalties). Marketplaces that honor ERC-2981 will route creator earnings to our payout address.
  • 90% of royalties we actually receive are allocated to the next community airdrop.
  • Note: Royalty enforcement is marketplace-dependent; some venues or private transfers may not pay creator earnings and we cannot guarantee collection outside platforms that respect ERC-2981 or creator-earnings settings.

Legal Notes

  • NFTs are digital collectibles, not securities or investment contracts. Utilities (airdrops, locking, raffles) are discretionary and subject to change.
  • Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for local compliance and taxes.
  • Royalties are not guaranteed; only amounts actually received by us can be allocated to the airdrop pool.
  • Ownership of an NFT does not grant rights in Web3Crystals™ trademarks/brand beyond normal display and resale of the token you own.
  • Transfer of the NFT transfers eligibility; unlocking resets the 30-day timer for airdrops.
